Chelsea coming to Malaysia

we were very excited to watch chelsea football club ( eventhough i hate chelsea but it is an oppurtunity to watch them live and i dont want to miss it..hehe) we bought 4 tickets and it's only cost us $rm 50 each.. but our tickets was for VIP seater which originally cost $rm 103..so we got the 50% discount..as you can see we are very happy..i cannot show you the other 2 guys because they are sitting infront so i cannot take a picture with them. you see this blue t-shirt guy( his name is Hisham), he was really excited even we are still on our way to the stadium.heheh.. but the bloody traffic jams before going to shah alam were crazy like hell..we have to drive only 30 km per hour for half an hour... owh..i really forget to tell that i'm wearing chelsea t-shirt..hahah..just to pretend to be a chelsea fans..hahha..

this is the view outside Shah Alam Stadium around 1845 in the afternoon.hehe..they have plenty tickets to sell because not many peoples going to watch the match due to working days..ehehe..they told us that there are more than 20,000 ticket to sale. and this is the first time i went to Shah Alam Stadium eventhough i been staying in KL for 1 year and 3 months. and it is bigger than Hassanal Bolkiah Stadium in Brunei..hehe.. we arrived at the stadium around 1835 and the game started around 2045 at night..

we are inside the stadium and they had a very strict security guards..we have to show them our tickets before we enter and seat at the stadium..bugger!!! hehe..nice stadium but an average pitch.

this stand full of chelsea supporters and also it is also near to chelsea players bench..hehe..they been waiting patiently from 1700 in the afternoon..that's the spirit guys..they want to see their favourite players like Lampard and Ballack..hehe..not to forget Chelsea captain's John Terry..he is the soul of the club..

it's me and mubarak my course mate..he is an indian muslim guy. and he is a chelsea fanatic fans..go to hell with chelsea..hhaha.. we were just seeing the malaysian team warmed-up. he was lucky because we bring him along..haha..and we went there by his car..hehe..

this are the reserved team. i cant take the picture of chelsea player warming up because they are too far from me. even my camera cannot zoom that far..( old one...hehe)

this is the mascot for chelsea..The Lions..he were too bios because he only went to people who wore chelsea jerseys..hehe..what a mascot..i will bring you down soon..and i was happy to meet "Big Phil" eventhough i cannot take his picture but still i'm happy to see the real him..and also chelsea favourite players..( lampard and Terry) they are so huge...damn huge...

their lined-up and shakes hand with each other. this is the moment we all been waiting for..Malaysia XI against Chelsea..

Chelsea were up 1-0 until half-time. it was scored by Nicolas Anelka and were assisted by Frank Lampard..wish i can broke his damn legs..hehe.. Malaysia XI did had a oppurtunity to score in a first minutes but they wasted the oppurtunity where they break down the defense with a good combination from central midfielder and also a mistakes from Wayne Bridges. and most of the time the Malaysia XI were just defending their area and also a very fine performance produce by the Malaysian XI goal keeper, Eliza Elias Helmi who are also kedah goalkeeper.

second half started, and the Malaysia player look more energetic and forcing John Terry and Alex to stop their attack. but the bad thing about Malaysian strikes is that they really lack of finishing what their start..they really have to find a good finisher after this. and the second goal was made by Ashley cole with a great combination with a inspirational Midfielder, Frank Lampard.

After 90 minutes and final wisthle were blown..chelsea were won by 2-0 only..what a disgrace!!! i thought they can beat the Malaysian XI by 7-0..so i don't think they are a real contender for Premier League Champions season 08/09..ehehe..anyway..just wish all the best for Chelsea..

that is Mubarak from the left, then Khairul Fitri,Hisham and me..you can see that we were so happy and excited..It gaves us a great memories that we never forget...

3 Types Of Coaching

Style of Coaches:

Autocratic Coach

Autocratic have 2 kinds of style which is Telling and Selling.

1. Telling

· The coach decides on what is to be done.
· The athletes are not involved in the decision making.
· The coach define on what to do and how to do it

Example: On a circuit training session, the athletes are only told to do the exercise in the circuit.

2. Selling

· The coach decides on what is to be done.
· The coach also explains what is required and the objectives.
· The athletes are encouraged to ask questions to confirm understanding
· The coach defines what to do and how to do it.

Example: On a circuit training session, the athletes are informed of the exercises in the circuit. The coach explains the object of circuit training and the purpose of each exercise. Athletes can ask questions to clarify any points.

The advantages about this coaching style are that at least you are told why. It also may gain more commitment than dictatorial.

The disadvantages are that it is still one-way communication. And it is also have little initiative given to subordinate.

Laissez Faire Coach

It also known as “laid back approach”. The coach only does the easiest style to put in practise and let the athletes run the exercise. It is not really helping athletes learn skills.

The advantages about this coaching style are that it gives high motivation and high commitment by subordinates.

The disadvantages are that some athletes need direction, lack of experience of the athletes, authority undermined and poor coordination. The athletes will get high risk of injury because of less supervision.

Democratic Coach

Democratic have 2 kinds of style which is Sharing and Allowing.

1. Sharing

· The coach outlines the training requirements to the athletes.
· The coach invites ideas/suggestions from the athletes.
· The coach makes the decision based on the athlete’s suggestions.
· The coach defines what to do and how to do it.

Example: the coach identifies a circuit training session. Athletes identify possible exercises for the circuit. The coach selects from the suggestions a set of exercises.

2. Allowing

· The coach outlines the training requirements to the athletes.
· The coach defines the training conditions.
· The athletes make the decision
· The athletes define what to do and how to do it.

Example: the coach identifies a circuit training session. The coach identifies the conditions of the circuit to ensure it is safe and meet the overall objectives of the session. Athletes identify possible exercises for the circuit and then select the set of exercise than meet the coach’s conditions.

The advantages for this coaching style are it makes a greater interest, involvement and motivation to athletes. It also contributes knowledge and experience by athletes. And the last one is to train the athletes to become leaders or managers by giving more experience.

The disadvantages are longer decisions because of consultation, the athletes may not be experienced enough to be consulted and lastly no good in times of crisis.

Visit to Melaka

Went to Mallaca on the 23th July 2008, I've only stayed at Mallaca for 3days 2 nights. Mallaca was very awesome with their historical things. eventhough it's so quiet but i kinda like it..hehe..sometimes it better to get away from big city.hehe..

This is the fist time i'm visited Mallaca. I went to a bus terminal in Puduraya (Kuala Lumpur). I have been cheated by people who sold the tickets. the priced was $RM 13 but the actual one is $RM 9, because this is the first time i travel by bus so i didnt know anything..hehe..a bit silly of me..well, i learn my lesson. they can get me once but not twice.

It took two hours by bus to travel from Puduraya ( Kuala Lumpur) to Melaka Sentral (Mallaca). we leave around 1615 and arrived at 1815. So it is a boring in the bus where there is no entertainment, I just play my Ipod and just listened to my musics all the way from Kuala Lumpur to Mallaca.

During my visit to Mallaca, I spent my whole day in the Mallaca town. I went to Portugese Fort, but one weird things in mallaca was most of the road are one way..so you better not to lost your track..hehe..one thing i forgot..i also went to the one and only "Giant" in Mallaca..hehe

City Of Mallaca

In the afternoon, i was tired after touring all the history things, i just chillin at cafe that is Dutch Harbour Cafe..What i like about that cafe is that they have the best coffees in town. there were many costumers at that times. and i promised to their manager to promote their coffee house..ehehe.. and the price is affordable where you cannot find it in Mallaca and Kuala Lumpur..

so when you come down to mallaca, don't forget to stop by at that cafe..it will complete your trip to mallaca. Their cafe is near to the river too..hehe..

Dutch Harbour Cafe

And the last night, I'm in Mallaca, i went to Portugese Square where there are alot of portugese decendents staying at that place and they also have a small restaurants. I ordered seafood. and it was nice and delicious.hehe

Well, If you guys going to Malaysia, Dont forget to visit Mallaca..heheh.. ok mallaca

Yesterday, I went out with my ex- primary classmate. I always bullied her when we were in the same class back in the primary years. We went out because she was bored staying at her apartment. And I also owed her "KFC Treat"..that why we went out. but when we reached at Midvalley Mega Mall. We changed our planned and went to a third floor and went to a Sushi King restaurant. I ordered 4 Shake( raw salmon with japanese rice) and 3 Idako ( sweet cuttlefish), 1 plate i did not know the name of it and 1 big EBI FRY Curry..hehe..big stomach for a thin guy like me..hahah. While she just took 3 Plates that cost RM $3 each..wow..it's lucky to bring her along..it really saved my money..haha..and it's only cost us RM$75..I often ate at Sushi King with my roommie..Azfar..and we ate a lot until it reached to RM$150++... we are a bloody sushi fans..hahaha...
